Mark Ferran is viscously attacking me, LB Bork, and my work. The crux of my work centers on removing people from the unlawful political system that was established by the Fourteenth Amendment. We have had several positive successes. Nonetheless, Mark Ferran, regardless of having any first hand knowledge of anything of which he speaks, defames me in Public Forums. In accord, on its face the man appears to be a lunatic. Once one reads the diatribe he sets forth against me it is obvious. Most would say that he is a waste of time, but due to his incoherent and obnoxious behavior, I have deemed him a dangerous person to those who do not want to live under the current socialist/fascist government. (See Footnote). Accordingly, I must defend myself.
Pursuant to these matters, there have been several contacts from people around the Union who have given insight on this one Mark Ferran. So you have an idea of the character of Mark Ferran (currently 34 years old) of which matches his irrational behavior, below is a vivid description provided by a man from the State of New York that had chance to "encounter" him in person:
“Needless to say this man was not a country gentleman protecting his estate and soon the neighbors understood the man to be a loon. Ferran has the appearance of a madman, unkempt and unshaven and never waits to remind you he went to law school. Personally I believe you could pick up a homeless man to represent yourself in court and that would be like having Ferran himself.” |  |
Below are just some of the fabricated statements and misapplication of facts made by Mark Ferran against LB Bork:
1) FERRAN: "Bork is dedicated to abolishing the "American" nationality..."
FACT: Aside there being no "American nationality", I do no such thing.2) FERRAN: "L.B. Bork. . . affirmatively supporting. . . FOREIGN "World Government". . ."
FACT: I am in favor of NO SUCH THING, nor have I ever stated anything remotely close to this.3) FERRAN: L.B. Bork is connected to http://www.uksociety.org
FACT: I absolutely have had no contact or connection with this organization.4) FERRAN: "L.B. Bork is a pathological liar."
FACT: Mark Ferran has brought forth no witness or given any legal evidence to prove that I am such.5) FERRAN: "L.B. Bork seeks to Stop American Resistance to Marxism
FACT: Totally false. I assist people in understanding that the likes of the current governmental system is Marxist. Anyone that participates is a practicing Marxist (See Footnote)6) FERRAN: "Bork freely admits that "The Communists are further reproached with desiring to abolish countries and nationality." "
FACT: I freely admit nothing of the sort, that is a direct quote from the Communist Manifesto. I merely quote (use) it to show that the several countries of the American union were done away with after the Civil War. (See Footnote)7) FERRAN: "L.B. Bork is effectively a Marxist (Democrat). . ."
FACT: I am not even remotely anything of the sort. As I am void any political affiliation in the current system under the Fourteenth Amendment (i.e. it disfranchised me), and as the most of the Planks of the Communist Manifesto have been applied in American government since the Civil War, there is no way I can effectively be a "Marxist Democrat".8) FERRAN: "L.B. Bork uses flagrant Lies, gross absurdities, deliberate misinterpretation and Anti-American Rhetoric to convince American citizens to: "Renounce U.S. Citizenship and/or Become a World Citizen"
FACT: I do not do neither. 1) The "world citizen" matter is a product of the New World Order. . . I accordingly denounce any such thing. 2) I do not have people renounce US citizenship (such citizenship being an election), but rather have them claim their rightful nationality under the original constitutional premise.I will provide a witnessed statement to the above or any other things to which Mark Ferran has fabricated against me.
CLOSING
With the facts set forth herein, it is apparent that Mark Ferran does not know what he is talking about in regard to LB Bork, nor does he know anything in matters of constitutional law. Moreover, it further appears he is the one that is in favor of Marxism, not LB Bork. LB Bork assists people in understanding the current situation and how to circumvent the problem of the 14th Amendment by correcting their status to that of "non-socialist". Such status that existed before the Civil War under the organic Constitutional premise.
I would request that any adverse information be sent to me so that I can build a Civil Action against Mark Ferran for his libel/slander.

Jean Jacques Rousseau on SOCIALISM from the mid 1700’s:
“Under bad governments, this equality is only apparent and illusory: it serves only to keep the pauper in his poverty and the rich man in the position he has usurped. In fact, laws are always of use to those who possess and harmful to those who have nothing: from which it follows that the social state is advantageous to men only when all have something and none too much.”
In other words: A socialist government benefits the Elite; the same socialist government established under the Fourteenth Amendment that Mark Ferran defends. Accordingly, Mark Ferran making statements of condoning Socialism/Fascism /1\ :
“. . .that shareholders (you, me, and OUR 401Ks) enjoy as against state-expropriation of their corporate assets”
To explain: Mark Ferran is consistently defending 14th Amendment "US citizenship" and all the socialist "benefits" that harmonize with the Social Security Number. Below is some information that provides clarity to what Mark Ferran condones in matter of the Socialist/Fascist government that has been put in place under the unlawfully instituted post-Civil War Fourteenth Amendment:
i.e. 1) Americans have Social Security Numbers of which provide for the government intruded provision of 401ks; and, 2) fascism.... 1. Fascism. 2. any system of government in which property is privately owned (so-thought), but all industry and business is regulated by a strong national government. —Thorndike Century Senior Dictionary, 1941
The below is taken from the US Achieves Click for Reference. It shows that the Fourteenth Amendment did away with the several nationalities in the American union as the Communist Manifesto dictates:
"Americans had been wrestling with the fundamental question of nationhood since the earliest days of the Revolution. In 1774, as the British colonists struggled to unite in the cause of American liberty, Patrick Henry rose to address the Continental Congress in one of its earliest sessions: "The distinctions between Virginians, Pennsylvanians and New Englanders are no more. I am not a Virginian, but an American." It took the Civil War to make it so."
Note the Federal (US) Achieves said: "IT TOOK THE CIVIL WAR TO MAKE IT SO." That means that Henry's statement was wrong. The so-called Civil War and the advent of the 14th Amendment was what negated the many nationalities of the American union.
The following is taken directly from a post of Mark Ferran Click for Reference:
"The second section [of the Fourteenth Amendment] establishes rules for the apportioning of representatives in Congress to states, essentially making the proportion of that state's representation equal to that state's proportion of the nation's population excluding males under the age of 21, THE DISFRANCHISED, and Indians who do not pay taxes."
Note it states that the people that are represented are the ones that ARE NOT disfranchised. The ones that choose not to be part of a socialist/fascist /1\ government are the ones that are not under the dictates of the current Marxist governmental system of which has been established via the post-Civil War 14th Amendment (of which combined all the Union's nationalities into one Marxist faction).
